CueCraft ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the CueCraft web application at cuecraftyoga.com and the CueCraft apps for iPhone and Android (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this policy carefully.
Account & Authentication Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address. Sign-in methods depend on where you use CueCraft:
If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple shares your email address (which may be a private relay address) and, if you choose, your name.
Authentication is handled by Supabase. We do not store third-party passwords. If you use Sign in with Apple, we may keep an encrypted Apple token so we can revoke CueCraft's access when you delete your account.
Usage & Content Data: We store the yoga sequences ("flows") you create, including the peak poses, style preferences, and sequencing options you select. This data is linked to your account and used to power the library and export features.
Subscription & Payment Data: We collect information about your subscription plan and status. Payment processing is handled by:
Sequencing and AI-assisted features: CueCraft builds classes with our own sequencing system, pose library and movement rules. Certain features use AI for additional sequence checks, transition suggestions or language refinement. When those features run, relevant sequence content and selected options are sent to Anthropic. This can include pose names, cues, transitions and text you provide. Avoid including sensitive personal information in that content. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API inputs.
Device & Technical Data: We may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns (e.g., pages visited, features used). Product events sent while signed in can be associated with your account identifier. This is used for security, debugging, and improving the Services.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate CueCraft:
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of CueCraft, our users, or the public.
We retain your account and flow data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records related to paid transactions, which are retained for up to 7 years).
Anonymized and aggregated usage data (with no link to your identity) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
You can delete your account in the iPhone or Android app under Account > Delete Account. You can also ask us to delete it without the app by emailing purafieldstudio@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, so cancel it in your store account first.

iOS Users: Sign in with Apple. If you signed up using Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a relay email address instead of your real one. Your account still functions normally. You can manage this in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID.
CueCraft is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at purafieldstudio@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
CueCraft is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic) maintain appropriate data transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required by applicable law.
For copies of CueCraft obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple's Terms of Service also apply.
App Tracking Transparency: We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) for cross-app tracking.
In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple. To manage or cancel an iOS subscription, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. We cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases; please contact Apple Support.
Data Linked to You: Per Apple's App Privacy nutrition label, the following data types may be linked to your identity:
Data Not Linked to You: crash data and diagnostics; performance data.
For copies of CueCraft obtained through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
In-App Purchases: Premium purchased in the Android app is processed by Google Play. To manage or cancel a Google Play subscription, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
