The foundational asanas
Core transitions: Mountain, Forward Fold, Halfway Lift, Plank, Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog, Downward Facing Dog. Standing and balancing: Chair, Warrior I, Warrior II, Crescent Lunge, Extended Side Angle, Triangle, Tree. Core and hips: Boat, Side Plank, Pigeon, Happy Baby. Cooldown: Corpse Pose.
